Superior Health Qualities
High Oleic Sunflower Oil is lower in saturated fats than
most other oils and is rich in omega-9 monounsaturates
for a healthy diet and combating bad cholesterol (LDL).
Cooking and baking
performance
Superior levels of monounsaturates (oleic acid) provide
for ideal cooking, baking and frying performance
including stability at high temperatures, high smoke
point and increased shelf life.
Slow Oxidization Rate
High Oleic Sunflower Oil has a slower oxidization rate
which means it simply lasts longer . This important
property can also add shelf life to products cooked in
High Oleic Sun Oil and makes it a perfect oil for
bottling.

Palm Stearin
Organic Palm
Olein and Stearin are obtained from the natural process
of fractionation process of cooling and filtering
without the addition of chemicals. Organic Palm Olein
and stearin are both chemical free, zero trans fat oils
appropriate for the replacing unhealthy hydrogenated
fats in the food manufacturing industry where they have
been traditionally popular.

Organic Refined Canola Oil
Organic Canola Oil, often referred
to as Rapeseed Oil,is a healthy oil containing highly
sort after omega-3's. It is low in saturated fats and it
a good oil for bottling and food manufacturing
applications such as salad dressings and dips. Like all
vegetable oil it is cholesterol free.

With the recent introduction of GM Canola varieties in
Australia, understandable consumer concern surrounds
